Shipping Policy
Shipping on all orders $49.95 and over within the continental United States is FREE and will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) first class or priority mail , UPS ground or FedEx unless stated differently in the product description. If a quicker method of shipping is desired, we offer United Parcel Service (UPS) at additional cost to the customer.
- Orders under $49.95 will be shipped via the United States Postal Service at a flat rate of $2.99.
- Orders outside the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii,Canada, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands - Please choose UPS or email service@JJbattery.com or call 1-866-686-6327 Toll Free for special shipping rates.
- International orders - Please choose UPS or email service@JJbattery.com for rates.
- Orders received after 3pm EST on Friday will be sent out on Monday or the next business day by 11am.
- All orders are usually processed the same day.

Warranty
- The product that is purchased from this website, JJBATTERY.COM, is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase for manufacturer`s defect. Please see Refund and Returns Policy for terms and conditions.
- Warranty is void if the product has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
- Cell capacity depletion due to regular use is not covered by our warranty.
Refunds and Returns
- Warranty Returns: All requests for warranty returns must be made within 1st year from the date of purchase.
- General Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund minus 15% restocking fee. The item must be in resellable condition.
- In either case, please follow the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure as follows:
Return Merchandise Authorization Procedure (RMA)
No returns will be accepted without a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). Please email service@JJbattery.com or call us to receive a return merchandise authorize number(RMA) and the address to ship return to. All returns must have a RMA number for processing.
- Include RMA# on the outside of the package. It should be clearly displayed on the return-shipping label of any package. Packages without an RMA# will not be accepted.
- Repack in original packaging. Enclose everything originally received, including all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box. We must receive all original products in order to process your return or exchange.
- We are not responsible for products that are damaged due to poor packaging, defaced packaging, or lost shipments.
- Errors and mistakes handling policy While we strive to provide error-free service, we cannot guarantee that all content is 100% accurate and/or complete, including price, product information, product specifications and product compatibility. As such, we reserve the right to correct price errors as they are discovered, revoke any stated offer and otherwise correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. The right extends to orders that have already been submitted by a customer and accepted by our site.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- refund for shipping costs will be credited to the customer for defective products or products shipped in error.
Refused Shipments
We strongly discourage our customers from refusing our packages, as it will cost more money in the long run. When a package is refused, the shipping carrier will charge for the return shipping cost, which we in turn must deduct from your refund. Instead, we recommend accepting the package, and return to us following the Return Merchandise Authorization procedure. For international orders, please be aware that refusing the package does not eliminate the brokerage fee that the shipping carrier charges. If an international customer does refuse the package, they will be refunded less shipping & handling (both ways), a 15% restocking fee, and the amount of the brokerage fee once we get the package back (if applied).
